DSN5070 UHTD is thermal conductivity artificial graphite sheet with thickness of 70um.
70um graphite sheet has 1700W/m-K thermal conductivity.
According to different heat dissipation requirements, graphite can be composited with many materials
and get various structures, such as graphite + copper + adhesive + thermally conductive silicone pad.
Can be used in automotive, ship, submarine, engine rotation axis, semiconductor manufacturing
equipment (Sputtering, Dry etching, Steppers), etc.
