It adopts advanced carbonization, graphitization and calendering process to produce a thermally conductive film with unique lattice orientation through high-temperature sintering at 3000 °C.

As electronics get faster, thinner and more powerful, the thermal challenges are more demanding than ever. The thermal and electrical properties of graphite materials have a very significant heterogeneity.
