2. "Can graphite products be customized?"
A: pure graphite products can be customized. The price depends on the size and processing difficulty. So please provide drawings or dimensional requirements, we will give you an accurate quotation. The silicon carbide graphite crucible is molded, so the quantity is small and no customized service is provided.
3. "What is the case of pure graphite crucible?"
A: if you are a coke furnace or an oil and gas furnace and the service temperature is below 1350 ℃, it is not recommended to use pure graphite. The reason is that coke furnace and oil gas furnace belong to oxygen rich environment. In addition, sulfur dioxide and other substances in coal will cause serious corrosion to pure graphite. The crucible with pure graphite fine particles will be used for about three times, with high cost, so it is not recommended to use pure graphite. If you are heating in resistance furnace, you can also use pure graphite crucible.
