On July 31st, the Personnel Administration Department organized the team leader's graduation event and invited the company's director-level to participate in this review. After more than 4 months of training and learning, the trainees completed a total of 27 professional courses.
Looking back on the learning process of the entire team leader training camp, the trainees went from the initial resistance, to the slow acceptance, and then to the current changes. They continued to improve themselves and applied lean management ideas and tools to practice. The team leader training camp also reflects that the company is paying more and more attention to the cultivation of talents, which aims to improve the professionalism and management level of everyone.
Although the team leader training camp has ended, we will go hand in hand on the road of seeking knowledge, and there will be no end to learning!
