INSTRUCTION MANUAL FOR THERMAL PAD WITH FIBER

1. Generally, it is protected by release film. The thermal pad is slightly sticky. 

Before operation, hands should be cleaned and dried to prevent sweat, dust and other impurities from adhering to the thermal pad, which will affect the self-adhesion and sealing thermal conductivity of the pad. 

2. After taking the pad out of the carton, the stacking height of products should be no more than 20cm. 

Products should be stacked in order to avoid extrusion deformation. 

3. Take the pad with left hand or fix it on the table top, and tear off one side of the release protective film with the right hand.   

It is not possible to tear off the protective films on both sides at the same time.   

Reduce the number and area of direct contact with the silicon pad, and maintain the original characteristics of the silicon pad. 

4. After tearing off one protective film, take the product in a row, break it off from the edge of the product, and gently take the pad. First, make one end of the pad align with one end of the heat dissipation product tightly.   

The other end is kept slightly suspended from one end to the other, and slowly put the pad. The speed should not be fast to avoid bubbles. 

5. Remove from the bottom of one end of the thermal pad. Do not remove the product from the silicone cloth layer.

After uncovering, make one end of the thermal pad align with one end of the product.

Keep the other end slightly suspended from the product, and slowly put down the thermal pad from one end to the other end.

The speed should not be fast to avoid bubbles. 

6. If there are bubbles in the operation, pull up one end of the silicon pad and repeat step 4, or use a ruler to gently drive away the bubbles.

The force should not be large, so as to avoid moving or scratching the silicon pad. 

7. After laminating, apply some pressure evenly to the heat dissipation parts and products by hand, so that the fit is more firm.

8. After taking the pad out of the carton, the stacking height of products should be no more than 20cm. 

Products should be stacked in order to avoid extrusion deformation. 

Product protection: 

Storage condition: room temperature and dark place; 

The stacking height of packing case is less than 5 layers, and the total height is less than 1 m. 

Shelf life: 6 months under compliant storage conditions.
