It belongs to the VHB pressure-sensitive adhesive series and is mainly used in fields such as building sealing, industrial bonding, and automotive electronics. Its standard thickness is 0.64 millimeters, using a closed cell structure acrylic substrate, covered with a black release film on the surface, with long-term temperature resistance of 93 ℃ and short-term temperature resistance of 149 ℃. It has the characteristics of UV resistance, solvent resistance, and high tensile strength (peel strength of 350N/100mm, tensile strength of 1100Kpa).
This product can absorb stress through elastic foam, achieving high-strength bonding of dissimilar materials such as metal, glass, and plastic, replacing traditional mechanical fixation methods such as screws and rivets, and improving surface aesthetics and sealing performance. It should be operated on a clean and dry surface, with the optimal operating temperature of 21-38 ℃, and stored in an environment with 21 ℃ and 50% humidity for a shelf life of 24 months.
