In order to improve the skill level, production efficiency and product quality of employees, we should establish a "comparison, learning, catching up and surpassing" atmosphere among them. From December 26 to 28, 2018, the company successfully launched a staff skills competition. Everyone is serious, overcome psychological difficulties, style and level of competition, fully demonstrating the technical level and competitive demeanor of employees. The referees conscientiously perform their duties, strictly implement the scoring rules and regulations, and ensure the fairness and fairness of the competition with a high sense of responsibility and a just and rigorous attitude.
