There are three types of traditional heaters: small sun heater, oil filled radiator, and baseboard. They mainly use quartz tubes to heat up, heat transfer oil to heat up and dissipate heat, and electric heating film to heat up. The effects are not ideal.

 

 

 

The high thermal conductivity synthetic graphite cooling film produced by Dasen can be cut into different shapes and then put into the heating tube to improve the overall performance of the heater.

 

 

The graphite sheets which used in the new heater heating tube has been widely used in industrial production.

Compared with several traditional types of heaters, it mainly has the following advantages:

1. High electrothermal conversion rate and faster heating speed. Graphite is a material with very good thermal conductivity. It can quickly convert 99% of electrical energy into heat energy. It has higher thermal efficiency and faster heating speed than traditional heaters. It takes 5 seconds to heat up. In cold weather, it does not need to be overheated. Just wait a moment and it will warm up at once. And it can quickly convection heat the whole house.

2.More energy saving and power saving. Because of its high thermal efficiency, there is less waste of electric energy. All have the function of intelligent constant temperature, , once the indoor temperature rises, it will automatically reduce the power of the machine according to the indoor temperature, so that it will save energy and save electricity after long-term use.

3.Graphite sheet is an environmentally friendly and harmless material.

 

 

 

It can be seen from the following data that the temperature of the graphite heating tube can rise to 557.9 ℃ within 3-10S.
