DSN5100 UHTD is ultra high thermal conductive artificial graphite sheet with thickness of 100um.
The thermal conductivity of 100um graphite sheet is 1850W/mK.
According to different heat dissipation requirements, graphite can be composited with many materials and get various structures, such as graphite + copper + adhesive + thermally conductive silicone pad.
The material can be used in automotive, ship, submarine, engine rotation axis, semiconductor manufacturing equipment (Sputtering, Dry etching, Steppers), etc.
