1. Heating tube - Graphite material
The graphite material is a customized PI (polyimide) film system. Through a specific process, the PI film is carbonized and graphitized at high temperature to obtain semi-finished foamed graphite with a thickness of about 200um. The last step needs to accurately control the thickness of the material around 180um by calendering; The thicker the graphite sheet, the smaller the density, the greater the resistivity to avoid the bad situation of "too hard broken, too soft twisted", the average density of the graphite sheet in this thickness range is 0.43g/cm3, and the average resistivity is 4.15×10-6Ω•m.
The graphite material can be used as a heating resistance to produce a certain amount of heat to achieve the heating function when passing the current. In order to better control its heating power and value, a special resistance structure is formed on the graphite sheet using the process of die-cutting or laser cutting. The specific resistance design model is shown in the figure. The graphite resistance is composed of N square unit resistors in the middle and clamping parts on both sides, and the unit resistors are connected in series to form a heating zone. The number of unit resistors can be increased or decreased according to the power and temperature requirements, and the design is flexible and convenient.
2. The application advantage of graphite in oven

Most of the food has a strong absorption effect in the wavelength range of about 3μm, it can be said that the graphite heating tube is better matched with the food, making the oven more energy efficient, food heating faster, and then lock in more nutrients and maintain the best taste.
