Ultra flexible graphite sheet is a thermal conductive material with excellent tensile properties. Currently, its development status is good and it has been tested in multiple fields.

Ultra flexible graphite sheets have a wide range of applications in products that require high stretching and bending requirements. Currently, by improving the preparation process and material structure, Dasen has developed ultra flexible graphite sheets with a stretching rate of up to 9%, which have been tested on folding screens and will begin mass production in 2025.

The ultra flexible graphite sheet developed by Dasen has the following excellent properties:

1. * * Thermal conductivity**

-The in-plane thermal conductivity of ultra flexible graphite sheets can still reach 1000-1900W/m K, depending on factors such as preparation process and raw material quality. For example, some high-quality ultra flexible graphite sheets can achieve a thermal conductivity of around 1500W/mK at room temperature, which makes them excellent in heat management and can be used to quickly dissipate heat, such as in CPU heat dissipation modules in electronic devices.

2. * * Conductivity**

-The conductivity of ultra flexible graphite sheets is relatively high, generally between 1 × 10 ⁴~ 1 × 10 ⁶ S/m. This makes it an excellent conductive material with potential applications in electronic devices that require good conductivity, such as flexible circuits and electrode materials.

3. * * Flexibility**

-Ultra flexible graphite sheets can withstand high levels of bending deformation without breaking. For example, its minimum bending radius can reach 0.1-0.5mm. In some electronic devices that require bending or folding, such as foldable phones, flexible displays, etc., they can adapt well to the deformation requirements of the device.

4. * * Tensile strength**

-The tensile strength is usually between 80-90MPa, which ensures that it will not easily break under certain external tensile forces, thus ensuring its stability in various application scenarios.

5. Corrosion resistance**

-Ultra flexible graphite sheets have good corrosion resistance to most chemicals. For example, in an acidic or alkaline environment (pH range of 1-14), it can maintain stable performance and is less prone to chemical reactions that may cause performance degradation. This allows it to be used in electronic or electrical equipment in some harsh chemical environments.
