Thermal conductive silicone grease is a kind of auxiliary heat dissipation material used in electrical appliances. After using this kind of heat dissipation material, the heat dissipation performance of electrical appliances can be improved and the electric appliances can be prevented from being burnt out due to high temperature. Thermal conductive silicone grease has good thermal conductivity, but it needs to master the normal operation method. How to do if there is too much thermal conductive silicone grease?

Thermal conductive silicone grease is only a kind of heat dissipation material, so it is useless to apply it more. During the operation, it is necessary to apply the paint in strict accordance with the requirements. If the coating thickness exceeds the requirements, the surplus should be removed, and the scraper or dust-free cloth can be used to wipe it. Otherwise, the heat dissipation performance will be affected, and the surplus heat will be accumulated, so that the performance of the radiator cannot be brought into full play.

The best thickness of thermal conductive silicone grease is not more than 3mm. Although only a thin layer is needed, the heat dissipation performance can be achieved only by applying it evenly.

The thermal conductivity of thermal conductive silicone grease should not only ensure the coating thickness, but also the main construction position. Only when the silicone grease is applied in the middle of the heating body and radiator of the electric appliance, the heat dissipation effect can be achieved, but there is no effect when it is applied to other positions. In order to obtain better contact performance, both need to be tightened with screws.
