The monitor is an I/O device of a computer. It is a display tool that displays certain electronic documents on the screen through a specific transmission device and then reflects them to the human eye. How to quickly solve the heat dissipation problem of LED display screen?

1. The fatal killer of electronic products is high temperature, because it will lead to a series of problems, such as the decline of reliability, unstable performance, shortened service life of electronic products. The display screen is also afraid of high temperature, so in order to control the temperature of the internal electronic components of the display screen and make it not exceed the specified higher allowable temperature in the working environment of the display screen, engineers have adopted various methods to solve the heat dissipation problem.

2. In fact, when choosing the cooling mode, we should consider the following issues: heat flux, volume power density, total power consumption, surface area, volume, working environment conditions (temperature, humidity, air pressure, dust, etc.) of the display screen.

Common cooling methods of display

1. Fan cooling, the lamp shell with long-life high-energy fan to strengthen heat dissipation, this method is commonly used, it has low cost and good effect.

2. The use of aluminum fins, which is a common way of heat dissipation, as part of the shell to increase the heat dissipation area.

3. Air hydrodynamics, using the shell shape to produce convective air, which is a low-cost method to strengthen heat dissipation.

4. Surface radiation heat dissipation treatment, the lamp shell surface radiation heat dissipation treatment, the more simple is to apply radiation heat dissipation paint, which can bring heat away from the lamp shell surface by radiation.

5. The purpose of heat conduction and heat dissipation is to reduce the working temperature of high-definition display chip. Due to the large gap between the expansion coefficient of chip and the expansion coefficient of metal heat conduction and heat dissipation materials, the chip can not be directly welded to avoid high and low temperature thermal stress damaging the chip of display screen.
